This service includes a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month, allowing us to dedicate consistent time to your project. We'll schedule at least one meeting each week (virtual or in person) to review progress, present design concepts, make selections, and guide you through each phase of the design process.
We'll develop a complete design vision for your project, including thoughtfully curated presentations, furniture and material selections, intentional color direction, space planning, layouts, custom specifications, and coordination with your architect, builder, or contractor as needed.
Every project is thoughtfully designed through the Color Chi Method™, Kristy Smith's proprietary approach that combines intentional color, spatial flow, and timeless design principles to create homes that are both beautiful and aligned with the life you're creating.
The monthly minimum will be billed beginning on your project start date to reserve dedicated time in our schedule. If additional time is needed beyond your monthly allocation, we'll obtain your approval before billing any additional hours. You may cancel this service at any time with written notice.
