On-site measurements and space planning

Furniture layouts and detailed floor plans
Kitchen, bathroom, and custom millwork design
Cabinetry elevations and build-out drawings
Lighting, plumbing fixture, and hardware selections
Furniture, rugs, window treatments, and décor sourcing
Design mood boards and visual presentations
Product specifications and purchasing links
Design coordination with architects and contractors

Initial consultation to review your project goals, lifestyle, and design vision
On-site measurements and project assessment
Personalized design development and sourcing
Detailed design drawings and specifications appropriate to the agreed scope
Design presentation and review
25 hours of professional interior design services
Design Investment: Starting at $3,750
25-hour design package | $150/hour
Additional design hours: $150/hour, with prior client approval.
A customized fixed-fee proposal will be provided based on the size, scope, and complexity of your project.
Project management, purchasing coordination, contractor scheduling, construction supervision, and installation services are not included. These services are available separately through our Project Management & Implementation package. Architectural, structural, engineering, and permit documentation services are excluded unless separately arranged.
