Our Project Management & Implementation service provides personalized support to help coordinate the details, streamline communication, and ensure your design vision is carried through to completion.
Whether you need assistance with purchasing, coordinating contractors, managing deliveries, or overseeing the final installation, we offer flexible support tailored to your project's needs.
Services May Include:
Furniture, lighting, and décor purchasing assistance
Vendor and contractor communication
Review of materials, finishes, and design specifications
Coordination of orders, deliveries, and installations
Site visits and design-related progress reviews
Communication and scheduling with trades and installers
Furniture placement, accessorizing, and final styling
Ongoing client guidance, meetings, and project support
Your Project Management Package Includes:
Initial review of project needs and implementation priorities
Personalized coordination and guidance
Communication with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
Five hours of professional project management support
Investment: Starting at $750
5-hour minimum package | $150/hour
Additional project management hours: $150/hour, with prior client approval.
Hours may be used toward meetings, phone calls, emails, site visits, purchasing coordination, and other agreed-upon implementation services.
Available as an add-on to our Color Chi Interior Design and Full Service Interior Design packages. Construction means and methods, job-site safety, contractor supervision, and permit administration remain the responsibility of the appropriate licensed professionals.
